Event Program

Registration
All participants are required to register themselves and collect their racing kits at the registration counter set up at the Park City Everly Hotel on Saturday, 28 Nov 2009 and time as follows:-
      Sprint Triathlon - 8.30am to 11.00am
      Olympic Distance Triathlon - 12.00noon to 5.00pm


Race Briefing
Race briefing will be held at the Park City Everly Hotel on Saturday, 28 Nov 2009 at 12.00noon for both events.

Bicycle Check-in and Body Marking
All participants have to check-in their bicycles as follows:-

(i) Sprint Triathlon
Check-in from 1.00pm on Saturday, 28 Nov 2009 and body marking  will start from 1.30pm - 2.30pm. All bicycles are to be arranged according to the race numbers issued to each participant.
Race flag off at 3.00pm sharp.

(ii) Olympic Distance Triathlon
Check-in from 6.30am on Sunday, 29 Nov 2009 and body marking  will start from 6.30am - 7.30am. All bicycles are to be arranged according to the race numbers issued to each participant.
Race flag off at 7.45am sharp.


Prize Presentation
The prize presentation and lunch will be held at the official hotel, Park City Everly Hotel on Sunday, 29 Nov 2009 at 12.30pm.

Family members and friends who would like to join the lunch will have to purchase a lunch voucher. Vouchers are available for sale during registration:-
    Adult - RM28.00 per person
    Children (under 12 years) - RM14.00 per person
